About Us:

FBH provides mindfulness and guidance in beauty and health to inspire others to listen to their bodies through conscious choices. Mackenzie is a yoga and Pilates instructor and business owner, a wellness coach, an advocate for Epilepsy Canada, and a voice for people of all abilities to use movement and mindfulness to support whole body health. She is passionate about educating others to feel aligned in their body and inspired to add positive habits into their daily lives.

Certified in classical Pilates Mat, Reformer Pilates, and Baptiste Power Yoga, Mackenzie believes in physical conditioning training, muscle activation, and pliability. She helps her clients improve their posture, strength, and overall fitness while emphasizing the importance of technique, muscle integration, and proper breathing.

Mackenzie shares her passion for movement and personal training with her diverse clientele across North America. Her large community follows along weekly with her online classes throughout the year. A few times a year, Mackenzie offers intimate yoga and Pilates retreats in Costa Rica, where her clients are immersed in a community of like-minded individuals focused on whole body wellness.

Since discovering healing practices like mindfulness and breathwork, Mackenzie uses this approach to remain seizure-free and shares it as a role model to others experiencing Epilepsy. Mackenzie also spends time with The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), where she teaches mindfulness and yoga to children and adults. Her work with CNIB has the added complexity of guiding her students through body work they can’t visually see - an experience that has empowered Mackenzie to find new ways to engage those of differing abilities.

Mackenzie's favourite class to teach is Pilates Core!
